TERRA Yufuin

プール冬でも入れるので最高でした！

The pool and indoor onsen, with the view of the yufuin valley, were awesome. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and stylish. The mattresses were comfy. Check in was easy. The place was ready for us when we entered.

They gave us 2 pillows and 2 towels total for our stay which was inadequate. It didn't seem that easy to ask for more, so we managed.

稍微偏僻….

The property has great views and was very spacious.

I find the stairs to be dangerous and can’t quite see how this is suitable for kids as one side of the stair case has no railings. The onsen was too hot to use and couldn’t be adjusted. Please be clear with the property on your needs because they don’t factor bedding for kids. Self check in meant that sometimes you don’t get the adequate assistance you need as the only contact person speaks Japanese and they are not able to help much given they are not onsite.

The huge space

No breakfast provided but the villa offers a lot of cooking equipment. Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa.

Maybe can provide more detail about the check-in, like the key box need to push the password and the front door has two keyholes to open. The upper bed is too close to the lower bunk！ It makes pressure and one child bumped into the upper bed when he got up. There is no sink to wash in the 2nd floor restroom.

The in room private onsen pool is nice.

The lack of cupboards to put clothes.
