Entire property fantastic

Everything was too good

Location was good.

Some rooms lack ventilation, toilets have issues related to plumbing especially free flow of water on the floor, bed sheets were stained, mold on the walls were observed.

It's very nearby to french colony And beach

Toilets were not good. The pics we saw in booking,com was not matching with the real situation. The bedroom sheets and blankets were also not very clean. oVerall it didnt match the pics we saw in booking.com, so we were really disappointed. our kids were not able to adjust with the washrooms.

Maison typique, emplacement idéal. La literie était de qualité. Personnel qui vient tous les jours pour faire un peu de ménage et refaire les lits. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable et répond très rapidement.

Les salles de bain et la robinetterie sont un peu vétustes.

The location is great. You have all the important spots near walking distance including bars and great restaurants. The villa itself is fantastic and quaint,ideal for large groups stays.

The current owner of the property has not done any work in key hospitality and hygiene facilities of an otherwise superb property. First the bedroom linens are not hotel sanitary standards. They are dirty and smelly. Not washed. Then Water: they have a system that automatically either cuts off water or there is no access to water. So you will struggle if you take large groups for toilet and bathing uses. The rooms are well done but cleaning is rudimentary. Be prepared for mosquitoes inside the house as it’s got an open roof top.
