Bellissima struttura in stile giapponese. Camera con futon molto bella, yucata per poter andare in giro fornita da loro, onsen molto bello e colazione nella struttura a 50 metri a dir poco unica, sembrava un pranzo nunziale. Bella esperienza.,

掃除が全然してなくて、電気も薄暗い事もあって、畳のへりや隅にゴミがかなり溜まっていて、気持ち悪くて、落ち着かなかった。 テレビの下も白いホコリが溜まって何ヶ月もやってない事がわかった。部屋・トイレ板の間　全て掃除が行き届いてなくて、代金を返して欲しい位です。 ちょっと、部屋の照明も位し。 洗面所の物置台もちょっと飛び出していて、顔洗いにくかったし、お湯の蛇口の回す所が無くて、お湯が使えなかった。 その板の間も拭き掃除して無いし それで、お客様迎えるなんて、接客業として、ちょっとビックリですた。 よっぽど、掃除機かりて、自分で掃除機かけたい感じでした。

Beds were very comfy. It was nice to hear the river flowing past at night. It was a lovely surprise that we could use the onsen in the sister hotel just a few steps away - which was excellent compared to the one at this hotel.

No shower in room which is fine for 90% of travellers who use the onsen's washing facilities. If you didn't use those, you only had a toilet and a sink in the room. Free drinks were only tea, coffee and water.

It is a traditional ryokan and up on the mountain.

There isnt meals to order and nearby there isnt food to order. The heater is not warm enough as the night was at neg 3 deg.
