nice villa and we had complimentary beers awaiting. They were responsive tp there emails I sent re issues. Could of been a lovely family villa

We had a few issues that were rectified which was well responded too like collapsed ceiling, water leaking in through light fitting on repaired ceiling. We had a bit of heavy rain the drains outside the room didn't work and water started to come in and as there was no broom or mops we had to use all the towels to dry floor once the water level dropped, Water leaked into lounge behind TV through wall. Hot water was none existent. Bedding had blood and other stained on therm even on the ones that were changed part way through stay. There was hair, dead cockroaches, old pieces of plasterboard behind door in bathroom and general dirt under and behind various places which was a pain as I had my crawling granddaughter with us. We could have sorted if there was a broom and mop. Dirty toilet

The look and greeny environment modern design and spacious

Too much insects like cockroaches and lizards.. water pump very slow and heater not working in one room... no house keeping service to clean and take out rubbish.. to many ants

Place is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay just in time for the Nyepi day. Very responsive caretaker. Very relaxing private space

Electricity went out at 5 in the afternoon and just got back at 7am the next day. We were not advised with the power interruption but since it's Nyepi day, we fully understand the situation.

Wrong code was given at first

Air con in two Timms wasn’t as good, may be addition of standing fans can add a lot of value and comfort and it’s cheap fix

It was so close to the shopping street and a wonderful cafe on the corner just a 2 minute walk. The separate bedrooms.

The rain came in under the bedroom sliding doors but they would replace the mats and towels the next morning or whenever we asked.

It was a beautiful entry walking straight into the pool area, so welcoming and inviting.

Even though the above was welcoming, every part of the place was segregated which made me nervous being a mother not having easy access to the children. And when it rains, you get wet walking to each of the rooms. Slip hazard too.
