No tuvieron ni la intencion de buscar una solución al problema que teniamos. no nos dieron respuesta hasta el ultimo momento para justificar evadir nuestra petición. Esperabamos que ante una situación como la que les planteamos hubieran tenido la voluntad de solucionarlo.

Es muy céntrico y tiene de todo. Es amplio.

El sofá cama es un poco incómodo

Everything is good except there’s no elevator, it’s a little bit inconvenient for large luggages.

The location was perfect — right in the city center and super convenient for visiting the church. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. It seemed like there were several different apartments in the same building, but it was still quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.

Parking wasn’t very convenient — we had to park in a lot behind the building and carry our luggage a bit of a distance. There was also a slight odor coming from the faucets in both the bathroom and kitchen. The shelf in the bathroom fell down, which was quite dangerous, fortunately no one was in the bathroom at the time. We were asked to remove the bed linens when checking out. Of course, that wasn’t a problem, but we hadn’t seen this mentioned anywhere in the initial instructions or in the signs in the room. The host sent the request via private message, but I would have preferred to be informed about this in advance.
