Golden house

Only thing that was okay is AC. everything else was so bad. value for the price was terrible. way overpriced for a very basic apartment. you cannot sleep at all because of night club underneath and the guarding staff was so rude (see things I didn't like below)

1. I COULDN'T SLEEP AT ALL. THERE IS A NIGHT CLUB (KECH CLUB) LITERALLY UNDERNEATH IT AND THERE IS SO MUCH NOISE ALL NIGHT (PEOPLE SCREAMING, HONKING, NOISE OF CARS; A LITERAL NIGHTMARE). IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. I LITERALLY DIDN'T SLEEP FIR TWO DAYS BECAUSE OF THE NOISE. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. 2. THE STAFF GUARDING THE BUILDING WAS SO RUDE. THEY SPOKE TO YOU AS IF THEY OWN THE PLACE AND EVERYTIME YOU WALK IN THEY ASK YOU IF YOU LIVE THERE WITH A SUSPICIOUS LOOK. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED, THEY LITERALLY MAKE THE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE AND THE GUESTS FEEL UNWELCOMED. 3. THE SHOWER IS BAD: YOU CANNOT TAKE A SHOWER FOR MORE 4 MINUTES WITHOUT IT OVERFLOWING. THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE PLUMBING

The room is great, exactly like you find it on the picures. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Staf although not phisical there fast and very helpful :)

Appartment is close to some bars so it can be bit noisy

Noise after midnight. I couldn’t sleep until 3am because of night-club music and cars horns

The location is is in the Heart of Gueliz everything is nearby

No wifi

The location is very close to nice restaurants, and a 30 walk to the suk. Lulu is very responsive. The place was clean, and she offered an additional cleaning mid month. I loved having a washer and a balcony but couldn't figure out the stove. :-)

The building is above a club, and I could feel the bass while trying to fall asleep. The wall in the hallway had a big whole, and I should have double checked that the door was fully closed every time I left... Sometimes it wasn't.

The apartment is clean with all the kitchen utensils and coffee machine etc.

The shower drainage was blocked, owner was notified. We were told that someone will come have a look, but no one came. We finally had to unblock it ourselves. The initial communication with the owner was hard as the address where Google maps took us was not the correct one and owner could not understand English well. The stairs are pretty dark.
