The property is clean and is functional.

Modern interior, clean and quiet. The apartment was very nice. Tucked away in a quiet courtyard, just steps off the main street of Orvieto in an old beautiful building, yet modern and very clean on the inside. The loft bedroom is open and has its own smaller TV, but the master bedroom has a big tv and a locking door. The bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well. Hard to imagine a better location just steps from everything you might want to do in Orvieto. We wished we had booked more nights. The owner/manager was very nice and communication about our stay easy. We used Google translate in person and he was very patient and helpful. We loved Orvieto so much , we will be back and staying in this apartment if we can.

Netflix strangely only had Italian as an option, no other languages. Even though my kids were annoyed, we didn't come to Italy to watch TV, so no big deal. The other streaming services worked fine switching to English.

It was a beautiful apartment, close to every attraction and many great restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. There were fruit, drinks and coffee provided in the apartment's kitchen, which was very convinient.

Centrally located in an amazing town . Orvieto is a special town to visit in Italy and Casa Ginerva is a perfect place to stay. The owner was incredibly helpful to find suitable parking and very helpful at check-in. Highly recommend.
