sehr schönes altes rustikales Steinhaus ,Mittelalter Flair, preis sehr gut, freundliche Eigentümerin , Hunde sind willkommen , Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben , sehr ruhige Lage , sehr gute Trattoria fußläufig zu erreichen guter Ausgangspunkt zum Radfahren ( sportlich ) Wandern ( sportlich , nur mit fitten Hunde ) und Motorradreisen

La maison est idéalement située dans cette belle région au début des apennins, très agréable et idéale pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité. Le chant des cigales, des grenouilles et des grillons, à l'unisson de celui du ruisseau en fond est apaisant et coloré. La maison est charmante et spacieuse. Elle dispose des équipements indispensables, ce qui est très suffisant. L'accueil par Christina a été très chaleureux.

Christina was a fabulous host, helping us with items beyond housing. The internet was spotty when we were there, but she was in regular contact with the company to fix it. The place itself--the building, Misileo, the landscape--is beautiful.

The one thing I wished for is more counter and cupboard space in the kitchen.

+ It is a really nice, roomy place for holiday with all you need for lower budget holiday in Tuscany. + It's dog friendly. + The tower is part of well preserved old hospital with thick stone walls so with a little of window-shutter management you can keep it cold in summer. + You can park in front of the building or 30m on public parking spot.

- Missing window screens make you easy pray for mosquitos. - It miss some greens and natural shade on the terrace, but I understand that owner is living in different city so it might be hard to take care of plants. Terrace also needs new furniture as almost every plastic chair was broken. - Dust under the furniture.
