L’emplacement malgré que la porte d’entrée était dans une ruelle très sale et abandonné.

Pas de meubles pour ranger et déposer son linge. Quand nous avons parlé qu’il fait froid dans l’appartement, il nous a dit qu’il y avait des couvertures aucunes propositions pour un chauffage d’appoint. Les murs sont comme du carton on attend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue comme si vous étiez dans la rue. Apportez vos bouchons 🤣

Emplacement dans le centre de Funchal

Extrêmement bruyant, on entend toute la circulation de la rue. La porte principale est une porte vitrée, donc quand les gens rentrent dans la nuit et allument la lumière, ça éclaire la chambre … Voisins bruyants Draps du lit tachés à notre arrivée Pensez à bien préciser que vous souhaitez une place de parking, car nous ne l’avions pas fait, et avons dû payer 2 nuits de parking au supermarché à côté (soit 20€, embêtant quand on voit déjà le prix de la chambre)

Appartement spacieux et bien placé pour profiter du centre de Funchal . Hôte disponible et réactif . Penser à demander une carte de parking à l'hôte avant le séjour ou parking Edificio à 100m . 4 - 5 € / jour .

Nagyon jó helyen Funchal felfedezéséhez. Jó bolt a Madeira plázában. Könnyű bejelentkezés. Van mosógép. Jó ár-érték arány.

Fűtés nagyon hiányzott, januárban nagyon hideg volt. Kicsi a melegvíz tartály,2 embernek is gyorsan kell zuhanyozni,hogy elég legyen. Mosogató szivacsból érdemes minden vendégnek újat rakni,és a wc melletti szemetest moshatóra cserélni. (Véres volt) Az ágy 180cm-nél magasabb embernek kicsi.

Great location, walkable distance to all attractions in the downtown. The place has everything you require for your stay. It was easy to find parking nearby.

No elevator in the building

The apartment is very close to the city centre, yet in a quiet street/alley. Quick check-in/out, responsive owner. There are a lot of breakfast options in the neigborhood and the central location where most of the buses start/end their journey is in a walking distance too. For me also the bed and (one of the many) pillow were comfortable.

The shower drainage is somewhat clogged, even while showering with a weaker stream of water, it just wasn't flowing away quick enough. And a minor thing - the bed was comfy but a bit too short for me. The apartment could certainly fit a slightly larger one :)

Ample space, good location. Parking convenient. Helpful owner.

Too noisy, not because of the location but neighbours had their television throughout the night on full volume. Difficult to catch a sleep with loud noises.
