- freundliches Personal - ausreichende und saubere Ausstattung - grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet (je 10€ p.P. und Nacht) - unkomplizierter Check-In - ÖV nach Cortina tagsüber stündlich (bis 20.00Uhr und ab 08.00Uhr) - kostenlose Parkplätze ca. 5Min zu Fuss auf einer Wiese - zentral gelegen in San Vito di Cadore (vis à vis ist der Dorfplatz und die Bushaltestelle)

- eher teuer (da es noch noch einige Minuten von Cortina und den umliegenden Aktivitäten entfernt ist..) - eher ringhörig und die Zimmertüren klemmen so stark, dass man sie quasi zureissen muss = viel Lärm
