More glassware, more bathroom towels, paper towels, salt and pepper, more outdoor chairs and functional side tables

The house is beautiful, better than the pictures. The pool was amazing and the location was great. Fabian was attentive and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend.

A broom would have been good to sweep up the crumbs.

one of my friends got very sick the first night we were there. i contacted fabian to ask if he could change the sheets and he went above and beyond by sanitizing the entire room and checking in to make sure we all felt okay. he was always just a text away for anything we needed, even if our stay was only a short time. thank you so much!

Everything, I liked everything. The host, Fabian, was a delight. He was responsive (although he works another job during the day) , spoke good English, made some nice recommendations, and even asked me for recommendations as far as improving the stay (so if you have some pool noodles for the backyard, 😉) Casa Violeta itself was a beautiful home, simple yet elegant, with many modern comforts. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen was well appointed. Three full bathrooms can easily accommodate a full house (one room w/ single twin bed, another with two queens, master w/ a king.) Master bed/bath thoughtfully separated from the rest of the house by the pool. The pool was generous in size for a location such as this. Several large flat screens and easy to use wifi. Keyless entry. Remote control A/C in all major rooms. Fairly close to the action of Centro, Mérida (about a mile), my gf and I walked there a few nights. There is a convenience store less than two blocks away. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Please excuse the messy beds in my photos, I took them on the way out

I didn't like having to pack my things and leave this place!! But seriously, only a few small things, and one "is what it is". The back of the property is adjacent to an elementary school, so, sleeping in the master bedroom, you might wake up to screaming kids at about 8 AM on weekdays. The two larger bedrooms could use some blackout curtains. But that's it, Casa Violeta was a lovely place to stay 😃

The property was very clean, bedrooms were very clean. It was perfect for our family. A store only two blocks away. Close to airport.

Only suggestion was to advise when garbage pickup days were and a lid for microwave.

We enjoyed our stay very comfortable and home like great location. Highly recommend

Seven elevations changes (steps)

The apartment is top value for money, everything was simply perfect. Fabian was super friendly, welcoming and helpful (his recommendations about places to eat and drink also worked out perfectly). The pool is way bigger than it looks on the pictures. 100% recommend for everyone visiting Merida.

Spacious, clean, minimal. Lots of cooking supplies.
