I liked everything, amazing host, felt like home, the room (30 sq m studio) contains everything that a traveler needs and has been well thought through the design process. Ear plugs for people who don’t like chickens in the morning, charging cable, speakers, tailored breakfast, mini bar, outstanding bathroom and the MOST friendly host that will go above and beyond for you. I’ll come back in a heart bit!

At Martins, you can see that he put an amazing effort on tiny details that make the experience incredible. And there is a ton of them… The flashlights, your name on a board to welcome you, the speaker… and the most important his warmness. He ll give you good tips on the island that he Knows perfectly. Thank you so much Martin, you’ve been our greatest stay so far !

It was a great stay. The hosts are exceptionally kind, spoiled us and we felt at home from the first moment. The accommodation is beautifully and lovingly furnished, everything is available, from coffee, drinks and snacks. Super clean, everything is prepared perfectly every day. The breakfast is delicious, there is a new surprise every day. Every question is helped and we feel so comfortable that we have extended. The location is fantastic, a beautiful well-kept garden and you can do a lot.

Everywhere was great.

Both the room and bathroom were spacious and lovely decorated. Every decor in the room has its purpose. The thoughts of so many helpful things to add to the room, 1st Rhen's breakfasts were amazing!!! It was not just serving breakfast but served with HEART!!! 4 DAYS 4 different BF THEME! And Martin..., just ask and he'll make it happen. So loving and kind. A help yourself bar & snacks and pay at the end. Of ALL the places I'd travelled and stayed, this is 1 place you dont want to miss! Oh, scooter rental is avaliable at a very reasonable rate. Plus, transportation can be arrange from the jetty to the Inn. Rhen & Martin, thanks for the hospitality you both provided. Will definitely be back sooner than you expect.

the fact we can’t stay longer

The room was perfect - both the and bathroom were spacious and lovely decorated. they have thought of so many helpful things to add to the room. the staff were amazing - rhenz is the best! so helpful and attentive. breakfast was great - the best sausages we’ve had in 4 months travelling. loved the help yourself bar & snacks and pay at the end. it really was in the top 2 or 3 accommodations we’ve stayed in on this trip! 11/10!

if you can’t ride a scooter, it might be too far from town for you. but with a scooter it’s only 3-4mins and you can rent one from the hotel. also rhenz is happy to book tricycles for you too if you don’t mind doing that!

We had a lovely stay at RhenMart-Inn. The bungalow is very cosy, the breakfast is delicious and vegetarian/intolerance-friendly if you ask for it. Rhen was very helpful! He was dropping us to San Juan as we did not wish to drive a scooter. It was easier to find tricycle there when needed. He gave us a lot of advice, he was always very nice! He also helped us to get our boat ticket back to Cebu. Thank you so much to him again! The island is beautiful, and we felt at home in RhenMart-Inn. You have everything you need, even small details such as ear-plugs (it was one night a bit noisy due to the famous Philippines chicken so I was very happy to see they gave us some). They also have a great hairdryer (this is not something I expect from hotels, I don’t mind to not have one but this one was very good, and when you stay for a long time I think it can make a big difference when you have long hair and you go to the beach often). The location is nice, as it feels like you are away from the busy life. As there is only two bungalows, you feel at home. The garden gives you a lot of privacy, and is very nice with some cute lights at night, perfect to chill after a long day exploring the island or the marine sanctuaries. You can go there with eyes-closed! If you have European standards it is perfect, you will be at your ease. This is also a great place to stay for a longer period than few days if you drive a scooter. If one day I am going back to Siquijor, I would go there for sure! It is not only the accommodation, but also Rhen’s kindness with us that made our trip felt as home.
