Very nice apartment, lovely decor. Perfect for a couple and great location away from it all.

The location of the appartment is great and close to the metro station.

Clean and big property with very cozy decorations. The local is nice, in a quiet alley only 1 min walk to the 28 tram stop!!!

I strongly believe that the apartment is really a good place to spend a week or so in Lisbon as a couple. It has everything one could need, kitchen properly equipped. The quality is not the best and many appliances and furniture are old and pretty used, but they do the work and moreover the general style of the place is pretty old-retro. It is clean and close to main Lisbon attractions but it is not in the touristic area. So if you are not keen on walking about 2-3km to go to Lisbon's main attractions, than this might not be the place for you. There is tram 28 station about 100m from the flat though, so communication is good. There is a shop 1 min away and pretty good dining places in the area with great local food where mainly Lisbon inhabitants go out, which for us was the best! Estrela park is 5 minutes away and it is a great place to go enjoy a hot evening with a bottle of wine or have a picnic. The owner was nice and helpful and she really respected our privacy throughout our stay.

The bathroom doors are made of glass and there is no curtain aaaand the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, so you can see and hear everything the person in the bathroom does. Unless you are comfortable with that around your partner, then this is not the place for you. That's why I think 2 people is more than enough. Although I believe this could be easily fixed by the owner either by putting some foil on the glass or a curtain or simply make an investment and change that door to a more soundproof one and also not see-through. During our stay it was pretty hot, so for us it was great that the place was cold and chilly, but I would not recommend it during low temperatures - no central heating or AC. This is an old building and things might not be perfect or modern, but overall the stay was nice and pleasant.

Great location 300 metres from the famous Tram 28 route and 10 minutes from Rato metro. Spacious stylish accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay (the owner Theresa is lovely and helpful). Plenty of eat out options and grocery shops for self catering nearby.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in this very well appointed and beautifully kept old world apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close access to no 28 tram and some nice restaurants nearby if you don't want to venture in to the centre. Host was always very helpful quick to answer any questions.
