"If not for the neighbors' dogs, it would be an awesome place."

The place is pretty cute, everything is decorated and sparkling clean. Nice soaps and even shampoo available. As well as tea, and a lot of little things. The lady is nice and very responsive. The TV with video on-demand service is also a sweet bonus.
However, unfortunately, we are unable to give a good rating because the neighbors have 2 small dogs, one of which NEVER stops barking all night (the other one joins intermittently). Because of this, we could barely sleep the two nights we stayed. :( We know it is not the host's fault, but it is a major factor. We can also see some tear and wear in places, like the sink of the bathroom could use some repair.
