Everything , the staff was super friendly haloed with everything , gave is breakfast after the hours , we were tired and woke up late , but still recieved the best of it ! It is the best place in Merzouga , as its a little toen with only 1500 people so u really want to visit this place ! ( airco everythign works just fine )

A wonderful experience close to Merzouga, in the adjoining village as you approach. This is a new build done in a modern Moorish style but very sensibly. Large, cool corridors, generous size rooms, nice little hideaways to read a book or sip tea. We had a 1-night break after a stay in the desert camp and I cannot recommend this enough. The family suite was excellent, has A/C, it even has a washing machine. The staff are wonderful. We asked for a tip on where to go nearby to watch the sunset and he said follow me, I can drive you somewhere nice. It was only 10-15 min but it shows their approach. The breakfast was more like brunch, enormous amounts of food. We did not eat in their restaurant in the evening (and regretted it) but on arrival after dinner they gave us complimentary tea on the terrace, in addition to one earlier in the day.

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and the restaurant served very tasty food with generous portions. The location was perfect—very quiet, with a view of the desert dunes. Everything felt very safe, and once again, the staff truly made a difference by helping us with everything.

Wonderfull place naar the Sahara desert. Good services by all the people and we strongly advise to visit this hotel during your stay in that area. Good food with dinner and breakfast! Outstanding swimming Pool and we even could stay in our hotelroom for a few more hours.

Hassan the manager was the best. His care and concern for guests is truly exceptional and selfless, and that goes with other helpers in the hotel as well. My wife fell sick just after reaching Hassilabiad (110 F temperatures) and Hassan drove us to the nearest Doctor(after trying a couple of hospital and clinics which were closed in the evening) and made sure we had the necessary care and medicine to recover. He also prepared and served special food for us at the hotel, with our recovery in mind. The apartment was duplex and spacious with a private terrace. Location was great, a 10 min walk to the dunes which was delightful. The pool helped to cool down. Great breakfast spread (Ismail was great) with fresh dates & date extracts. Fully equipped kitchen. Hassan also arranged for a 4x4 and camel trip, which we all enjoyed. Perfect, caring place for families.

Minor complaints given the Aug heat in Merzouga. Water on taps, showers was hot all the time, even on cold settings. AC was great inside the bedrooms but not good in the living / common areas.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, well decorated, and with an amazing AC. The pool was great to refresh during the hottest hours. The entire staff is extremely nice, and even gave us complementary tea and biscuits. There is a possibility to book desert activities with the hotel, which we totally recommend.
