I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the accommodation we booked. The pictures advertised on your site are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property. Upon arrival, we found the place to be rundown with significant water damage. Furthermore, the interchanging doors did not lock, which raised serious concerns about our safety. The bathroom was also unclean, with old leftover soap and dirty bath tiles. Given these unacceptable conditions, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there and were forced to find alternative accommodation. We were traveling from Johannesburg and were simply looking for a clean bed and shower. What we encountered was a property that appears to cater to hourly guests and prostitutes, which is not what we expected or paid for. I am requesting a full refund for our booking. I believe it is crucial that other travelers are not subjected to such a misleading and unsafe experience.
