The staff

The bed was filled with bed bugs and lice! Insects crawling on the bed frame above, and some crawling on the sheets. Also, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I don't recommend staying here. I left after 30 mins. Only positive thing: staff was nice 👍

Location with ease of communication.

Rude and racist staff with racist slurs. Didn't allow me to cook food even though I made soup they had issues with it as they didn't allow any spicy food. First of all, I didn't add any spice and secondly, it was never mentioned in the description while booking on this platform that spicy or other foods aren't allowed. The room was too small. Beds were creaking a lot. And also in the time of war, there are no bunkers and during the attack, the staff closed the door at night and didn't allow us to go downstairs to a safer location. Very unprofessional. The administrator never responded to our messages on Viber. They only contacted during the time of payment and confirmation of the booking.

Bed bugs in the boys' dorm. Racist staff saying racist slurs. Not allowed to cook food. Unpolite staff. No English-speaking staff although it was previously mentioned English English-speaking staff were available as per Google advertisement.
