One of the best rooms I ever stayed in.

No breakfast served

Only didn’t like how noisy it was at times outside Other than that I love the amenities and the price

Hard to find parking entrance from street. First room presented dirty: a wall, the coffee table, the bathtub. Offered another, acceptable. Bed comfortable. Requested extra pillows, promptly fulfilled. Bathtub/shower: Footing slippery, no hand rail- must be very careful. Surroundings very noisy: roaring car engines in evening. Cleaning persons did not speak any English; good thing l know some Spanish, but an important request was misunderstood. Desk chair uncomfortable. No food or drink offered.

This is a really good property. The location was tough to get to, but that's not their fault. I'd highly recommend to all to give these folks a try.

I was looking to stay in Katy but wanted to avoid the Katy Mills mall area. I found The Platinum hotel which had just opened. It was like walking into a new home. It was super clean and comfortable. The prices was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place.

The owner and management are very kind and always go above and beyond to assure everything is going as it should be and they take their complaints seriously and adress them accordingly.

When we arrived are room got upgraded because they ran out of the original room but when we arrived there wasn’t really a blanket (just the design piece for the top which imo isn’t a blanket) so we ended up buying one from the store and when we came back on the second night there were bugs on our tooth brushes. Would not stay again.
