Amazing hotel. Wow what a way to begin the vacation.

it felt like coming home. we loved the interior design and the stunning garden with plenty of spots to relax and spend time. we also liked the honesty bar and tried a very good local rosé. the host, lushano, was amazing and extremely helpful with insider tips for windhoek and the rest of our itinerary. we would come back any time and highly recommend staying in kuiseb house

the toilet was seperated from the bedroom only by a curtain - this worked for us but might not be private enough for others

De WC op de kamer is te dicht bij het bed en de douche waardoor je niet veel privacy hebt

Kuiseb House was the perfect end point for our Namibian adventure - beautifully designed, peaceful, and far more like a stylish sanctuary than a hotel. The wellness facilities, comfortable communal spaces, and thoughtful attention to detail made it a wonderful place to relax, while the reliable Wi-Fi and location in Eros were ideal for exploring Windhoek. What really set it apart were the hosts, who went above and beyond by allowing us to continue using the communal facilities after check-out, making our departure day so much more comfortable- excellent!

The property is a very well designed modern house. On the middle floor there are the rooms where guests stay, and on the top floor there is a shared space with many different zones where one can relax, cook, watch TV or hang out on the balcony. There are also outdoor sitting areas with firepits, a pool and a hot tub. We absolutely loved the hanging hammocks - best nap we had all trip. This was our last stop in our Namibia trip and it definitely did its role in giving us a slow and relaxed finish.
