Palm Terrace

A beautiful location with stunning beach view. The owner was highly responsive and addressed every challenge we encountered, making our holiday memorable. The environment is safe and calm, providing ample space for children to run and play. I highly recommend the apartment.

Any issues we faced were promptly resolved, so I see no need to dwell on them.

I liked that there was a rooftop pool and a nice view. a very nice lady who cleaned the rooms.

I didn't like the fact that there were problems with the Internet for a person working remotely. We also had a problem with the electricity supply. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment is not complete, which made cooking difficult.

1. It's in a very safe area though little far from city centre but calm and nice and safe and can get uber or tuktuk easily 2. It's a huge apparent , lots of lights, beds were nice and clean. Staff Moja is a wonderful and helpfull person

Terrible maintenance. One night power was gone as they did not pay the electricity , once wifi was gone for same reason, lift is terrible, it can go up or down and stopped working according to its own wish and noone helps if its a problem. We almost missed our flight because of this lift issue. The owner and staff were helpful regarding bringing back electricity and wifi, but we lost a whole night sleep. Kitchenware needs to be changed, electric kettle was broken, and rest had fungus. And yes , the last night gas was over too. We stayed 3 nights only, it was very tiring having some or the other issue every single day

This place was not a bed and breakfast, but the location was the best. Close to the ocean, with a perfect morning view of the blue water of the ocean. Located in a gated community and parking very secure with a full time security guard. Generally this place was top notch.

I think the electricity was very unstable, on and off for most of the night. Mombasa is generally hot, day and night and every time we ran the cooling fans, TV on and cooking, the electricity went off, and when it seemed to stabilize, the voltage was fairly low and could not run the fans at all.
