Stayed at level 2 but need to walk to level 4, then down to level 2 into my room. There isn’t any lift that serve the other wing which we were staying. Staff will transport the luggage. Staff unable to communicate in English.

JPロケーションと大浴場は最高でした！南側の棟でしたが西側の棟の方がより良いロケーションだと思いました。
ホテル内での2階3階への上下移動が毎回辛かった。EVは使えず2階に行くのに3階に行ってから2階に下がる経路となっている。部屋も一番はずれの方だったので移動距離も長く食事、浴室等行くのに苦労した。
JP景色とスタッフさんの対応が、最高過ぎました😀
別に不満は、無いのですがベランダの手すりの老朽化かなぁ
