NLSchitterend appartement gelegen in fonkelnieuwe woonwijk op wandelafstand van strand. Goede airco, ruim, schoon met groot dakterras met zicht op de zee.
Afgezien van het kiezelstrand en de haven is er relatief weinig in de omgeving: het is echt een woonwijk in ontwikkeling. Met een (huur) auto overigens prima bereikbaar
