Nice clean room with very good bed quality, had a great kitchen and dining area to use with free tea and coffee to help your self. Particularly like organised recycling area which was clearly marked. Helpful and friendly owner.

The owner gave us the Bill up front to pay before entering or showing the room, this does not affect the score of 10 but just something for the owner to reflect on!!

I had a great stay at this property! It was very convenient as it is located right next to Sri Dalada Maligawa and in the heart of the city center. The owner was friendly and even gave some great recommendations for exploring the city. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kandy.
