An exceptional stay from start to finish. Sundays Karoo Guest House truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we were sent off like old friends. Cathleen went far beyond expectations and she even helped rearrange our dinner booking at a local restaurant so we could experience sunset at the Valley of Desolation, which was unforgettable. Peter’s engaging personality and passion for the area made our stay even more special; his recommendations of local must-sees were spot on. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We loved every moment of our stay — the warmth, the care, and the attention to detail were outstanding. Just wow. Highly recommended.

"Wunderschöne historische Unterkunft"

sehr schöne gemütliche Unterkunft. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat einen kleinen Pool zum Abkühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, leider keine Liegen. Man kann für 100 Rand Frühstück bestellen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Auto kann im eingezäunten Grundstück geparkt werden. Man fühlt sich in dieser Wohngegend sicher, ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß gehen. Nah am Valley of Desolation. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da und würden wieder kommen.

Nice rooms with friendly host.

The sensor at the gate did not work properly and this resulted in the gate closing on my vehicle while reversing out of the property and damaging it.
