Urban Jungle

This property was absolutely amazing!! We had a group of 6 and everyone loved our stay. The place was spacious and very clean - it had 3 great sized rooms, 1 room had an ensuite. A perfect spacious lounge area for everyone to sit, & a functional kitchen. It had everything we needed including a good washing machine and dryer. A secure off street parking spot was a bonus. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was situated in a quieter part of town but only a short walk away from great wine bars and cafes and about a 10-15 min walk to centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, beautiful place and very helpful host. Kitchen very well equipped. Friendly neighbourhood, many fantastic gardens. Easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely book this place again if I go back.

A lovely apartment, very spacious and with a fantastic deck to relax outside. It was great that we all had our own bathroom. Nice area, supermarket and bus stop are just a few minutes away. We also liked the walk to the city center.

It was a challenge to shower all three at the same time: then the shower was hot/cold. But once you know that, there is no problem.

Great apartment in a residential quiet area with rare traffic and 25 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. Supermarket at 4 min walk, parking in the courtyard, all made our stay more comfortable. The layout of the apartment was perfect for our group of 5 and we loved the beautiful patio with its nice greenery and lounge arrangement. Getting the keys was easy, Pietro is a great host and was available any time we needed by phone/WApp or in person. Thank you, Pietro, we had a wonderful time (and so had the dog of the group too :) !

The flat is superb and the location is great to discover Bologna .

More plates and cutlery will be nice , and a little Bluetooth speaker could be a nice addition.

Wonderful and stylish house with a beautiful garden! Parking place. The host is very hospitable. Recommend for sure!

One member of our party arrived early, and was able to collect the keys from the owner. There is parking alongside the entry to the unit behind a metal gate, which is a very good thing, as it would be very hard to get street parking (we looked for some before realizing that the unit had parking). There are three large bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom). Everything except the basement bathroom with the laundry is on one level, though there is one step up to the main bathroom and the bedroom that has an ensuite. Walking to the older section of town is very easy from this ideal location.

This place was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was a bit of a musty smell coming from the basement...but I don't know of many basements that don't smell musty.
