Location and facilities. Very attentive host.

Not the most comfortable couch in the living room.

Clean, spacious, great location. Garage parking.

Everything nice and clean.

The hairdryer is not working properly with heating air (only cold air). The coffee machine is not working (without filter paper).

In the heart of of everything, great location, free parking, very very spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, upon request baby crib was provided, good communication

Cleanliness was very poor standard, filter coffee machine still had filter and old coffee from previous customer, whole apartment extremely dusty and flooring very dirty, shower curtain absolutely disgusting and needs replacing, drain in bath not working an the plug has to be out for water to run freely, not a great bed either. This is definitely not 5 star apartment

The location is the best you could get with tons of bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the corner of the street, the bus station and metro 2 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and has a second small toilette, which is a huge plus.

There is a need for a proper bedsheet for the sofa, since it's hard to put one with rounded elastic cornes on. Also, even though the check-in was at 16:00 and we announced we will get there by 16:30, the cleaning staff left the apartment at 16:45 and the floor was still wet, so we had to wait by the door for it to dry. A little unpleasant.

apartment was clean, location was good.

in one of the bedroom there was no air condition. it was very hot to sleep there. Also my 10 years old boy was accidently locked in this bed,room. there was a problem with the door lock and it was very scarry till we succeded to open. need to fix the lock asap! bathroom door was stack as well. cant be closed to end. not enough towels and shits and no shampoo. shower gel...

The location of this apartment is great, really close to the most interesting area of Budapest. We had everything we needed in the apartment including a coffee machine. They offered also a parking space at the underground.

Cleanliness might be a little improved.

Nice home, had all the kitchen equipments for family. In prime and safe location, the check in instructions were clear and easy. Turtles in the pond below was good time pass for kids.

The bathtub water was splashing outside and one of the bedroom door handle was faulty.
