"No hot water but fine for a short stay"

Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a toilet upstairs and downstairs.

Heaters didn’t work most of the time and couldn’t get hot water in the shower for the duration of our stay.

Beds werent that comfortable, and the car park lot in the front of the house was too small for a big car that we had to go in.

"Meets What We Needed to Stay in Kyoto"

Great communication and very proactive owner/manager all throughout our stay. Immediately responds when there’s issues or we have concerns.

The bed is uncomfortable. It needed to be sprayed against mosquitoes as there are some during the night.
