"Cheap hotel with construction works in progress."

I would like to thank a lot the staff who did all the best to cover many missing points and services. The room was repainted to seem new. The hotel is located near a big shopping center with many restaurants, bars and bistro.

Many things. Even if the room had been repainted, the construction works are not finished. Some things were made badly. Probably cheap non professional workers. Only 1 electric socket far from everywhere. No sound insulation at all. Disgusting old broken shower cabin with broken plastic floor and smelling water coming out of it. I got attracted by many nice pictures and good opinions on Booking.com that does not correspond to reality!
