The location is absolutely spot on. It makes easy to visit nearby attractions. Wayan was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Peace, quiet and breathtaking ocean view 🌊🤍 At the night you can spot easily every constellations at the sky 🌌

The view was incredible, very calm and quiet. We had a very good sleep The host was helpful and polite, suggesting what places we should visit

The booking post said there was tv on the room and there wasn't. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation, no windows or anything. The room was supposed to be sound proof. We put music at low volume and you could hear from outside almost as if the door was open. There was no fridge, or hot water to make your own coffee. No closet neither There was no lights from the reception to the room, we arrived at 9 pm and we had to use our phone lights to get to the room. We stayed in the last room, and wifi didn't work at all, you get disconnected every 3 minutes On my opinion, its not worth the money

The owner, Wayan, is extremely kind, hospitable and concerned about you having a great stay. The rooms were very clean. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and many birds sing you awake in the mornings. The view from the terrace is outstanding. The owner was very supportive in helping us find a great driver/tour guide during our stay: Komang. Wayan was excellent in provided a good and hot breakfast and variable times, as needed. This accommodation is in a beautiful location and GREAT VALUE for your money. It happens to be in proximity to the most luxurious resort on the island.

There was no TV in my room, yet it was advertised that there was. The rooms do not have refrigerators but Wayan did allow us to use the main refrigerator at the front, which was helpful. The location is great IF you are okay renting a scooter OR hiring a driver to take you to and from the property. The roads from the property to the nearest restaurants and shops don’t appear to be safe (very bumpy, uneven, and narrow) or convenient to walk on, especially at night due to limited lighting and general visibility. This is not a location where you can easily wander into town. The bathrooms could be a bit more appealing.

The place is on the west side of the island which gives it the benefit to cover nearby attractions. The host Wayan is supportive and suggested good eatery places nearby

The breakfast was good while it could have had a few more options.

Amazing view and relaxed quiet feeling. Staff were so so nice as well.

Abian Selumbung is a quiet a peaceful location with an amazing view of the hills and the sea. There is a restaurant nearby and it’s close by scooter to several amazing west coast beaches.

It’s slightly remote and there is no bar or restaurant onsite.

Wayan is a great host. We had an amazing view. We enjoyed the sunsets. We spent 3 nights in this silent and peaceful place listening the birds singing which helped us relax, rest and gain the power back to continue our trip. Every morning, Wayan prepared great breakfast and served for us on the exact time we asked for. He even dealt with the laundry service. Everthing was very clean and neat. We loved our stay there
