I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel during my visit to for darshan. 1. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful. 2. There was no proper food facility — not even milk tea available for kids, and no in-house restaurant. 3. After checkout, I requested them to keep our luggage for 4–5 hours since we were visiting for darshan with a 2-year-old child. They refused completely. I even offered extra payment (₹200) for just 1–2 bags, but still no support. This made our visit very difficult and uncomfortable. 4. The hotel is overpriced — charging ₹1950 without even basic hospitality and support. Overall, this was a very inconvenient and stressful experience, especially for a family visiting for the first time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you’re planning to visit the Mahakaal temple, it’s best to book accommodation near the Mahakal Corridor or close to the temple itself, as this will save you considerable travel time. One drawback of this hotel I noticed, however, is that the area doesn’t have many convenience stores or small restaurants nearby. For those, you’ll need to walk a bit further out to the main road.
