Oázis Panzió

WE HAVEN'T BEEN IN Oazis Panzio!!! When we were making the reservation, we were told that there was no available apartment, so we booked the Hunjady Panzio, where I stayed with my sister from November 9 to 11. €130 was taken from the bank card immediately during the reservation, which is INCORRECT and UNUSUAL We paid for two nights at Hunjady Panzio when we LEFT! PLEASE check everything and refund the money because there was a misunderstanding. Both reservations were made on November 6 in the name of DJUKIC BRANKICA

Very clean, quiet, parking space in the yard , close to the centre, place to play darts, softball, pool, ping-pong, place for barbecue.

I don’t have any complains

The location was good and close to the spa, they had a communal area and nice outdoor sitting area good for families with children.

The check-in process war horrible, it took a long time and we didn’t receive any information about the breakfast or anything in general, she didn’t even mention that there is a communal area until I asked if they have a kettle. On the website there was no option to book breakfast together with the room and they advertise as a bed and breakfast which usually means that breakfast is included in the fees, they didn’t mention the breakfast at checkin and in the morning there were some cold cuts left in the kitchen so we thought that we can help ourselves (the warm food was gone and we had 2 bread buns with salami and 2 hot chocolates). After we checked out she charged extra for the breakfast even mentioning that she charged 13€ for eating the leftovers. I wouldn’t mind paying for breakfast as long as they would have informed from the start or wouldn’t advertise themselves as bed and breakfast. As we checked out a day earlier because our 5month old baby was not feeling well and the reception was closed when we left that friday afternoon at 5pm. I contacted them in order to pay and as their bank refused the payment 2 times, the receptionist already wrote me in the meanwhile threatening that they will file police report on our passports for not paying. So because we were being threatened from a host and being treated so poorly we decided to never stay at the accommodation again and advise all our friends against it.

Perfect central place near Hagymatikum.

Great location 5 min walking distance from spa, comfortable beds, game room, private parking. Everything was fantastic!

All was more than expected
