Building construction noise.

Clean, peaceful and comfortable. It was close to the beach on walking distance and a 5min drive to the centre. Beautiful villa for a few days Essouira. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is very clean and nice looking. They have a lot of things to use in the kitchen which came into use. The villa is very large and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The property is very close to the medina and takes about 5 minutes drive is you have your own car. The hosts were very quick to reply to every need or question we had and also brought us some gifts at the end of our stay which luckily were a few things I had my eyes on :)))

The property is surrounded by construction but this isn’t something that is hidden it’s told quite clearly. The property in itself is complete. The rooftop terrace could be used for other things as it’s soooo large that it’s more wasted space then anything again nothing that affects the stay just a note they could have a gym up there. What would have made this villa the best would be if they had put a pool as even in the villa they have quite a bit of wasted space. Netflix did not work on the tv which they came to try and fix 3 times so they were trying but unfortunately it just wasn’t working. Note: I work in IT and couldn’t fix it myself so again nothing to do with the actual people just simple things that could be fixed or looked into to make the experience better :))))

We liked everything. Very professional, friendly and supportive staff - being around for arrival and departure, very clean, very comfortable, very practical and stylish decorations. Only the best and newest equipment (dishwasher, microwave oven, laundry machine. And being a hobby chef, I especially liked the well equipped kitchen. Here you can turn freshly bought seafood from the fish marked in Essaouira into any dish you like. We even got almonds, water, spices, tea and coffee. Great with parking on the property, with lockable gates. Nice garden full of flower, beautiful roof top terrace.

The villa is in an area that is being exploited, around lays rubbish on empty grounds and in the street. But once all planned houses have been built, this will be a very beautiful area. It only costs 8 dhm to go by petit taxi (max 3 passengers) to any place within Essaouira, so we usually walked to the main road and hailed taxis to get into Essaoira (2,5 km away). The beach closest to the property is not very nice and difficult to access.
