La villa y la pareja de que lo regenta son encantadores, preciosa arquitectura y diseño con una preciosa piscina y jardín, sin duda el mejor baño que nos encontramos en Sri Lanka y la calidad de la habitación y la cama eran excelentes. Los dueños fueron amabilísimos y tienen una conversación super interesante, esperamos verlos en España.

La villa est très bien équipée . Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est très professionnel et serviable . Nous avons dû quitter le logement très tôt le matin et le personnel a été très flexible pour cela . Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire de la maison qui est très amical et prend soin de ses guests .

Poor wifi, bad location, much better value for money elsewhere

Staying at Colombo Villa Collection felt like being in a little (and beautifully designed) slice of home. The hosts were so helpful– they accommodated our request for a late check out, giving us tips about travel and we had many great conversations with them. And the housekeeping staff was around instantly to help with every request. It was like living with friends rather than staying at a hotel. I will definitely consider coming back and using their quiet home as a launching pad for trips around the country. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Ruki and Rohan!

Convince to get to the city

I really liked the convenience of Colombo Villa Collection and genuinely wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately, it wasn’t what we were looking for. We ended up checking out early and requested a partial refund. The owner was willing to accommodate us, which we appreciated, but it was tricky because it was Christmas Day, and finding alternate accommodation was difficult. We had booked a specific room, but the property “upgraded” us to a bigger room without properly communicating it. In practice, it wasn’t what we wanted we were placed next to a garage beneath a larger unit, and we could hear every footstep from the tenants above, plus constant traffic noise and people talking at night. The bathroom kept flooding, and some listed amenities were missing, which made the stay stressful. Overall, the stay didn’t feel like good value for money, it genuinely felt like we were just thrown into a room that wasn’t great. While the location is convenient and the staff were willing to help, this “upgrade” didn’t meet our expectations and made what was supposed to be a happy stay disappointing.

The property is very clean as it is showed in the pictures. Washroom is equipped of a very nice soap. Beds are comfortable and the building is in a very quiet place. The manager is kind and makes everything to feel you comfortable.
