VersOrtigia Home Beautiful Apartment

It is a nice place, close to Ortigia. The apartament was nice, clean, we find there almost everything we need. Salvatore give us great tips for dinner, we had 2 anniversary and the dinner was great. Thanks🤗

The electricity was off very frequently, we can use only 3 items, like 2 aircon+dishwasher or 2aircon+ washing machine. It was al little bit frustrating, because the apartament has 3 aircon+dishwasher+washing machine.

Good central location very clean and easy walk to the station and beautiful Ortigia.

This place is beautiful. It's clear they put in a lot of work to make it look nice. It's spacious with high ceilings and in a good location. It's nice to have an option of using the elevator with your luggage (although the place is only 1 floor up). The large downstairs bed is comfortable. Salvatore provided good restaurant recommendations and was very responsive.

For sensitive sleepers note that you will be able to hear street noises and the rolling shutters are older therefore do not close all the way, letting light through. The bed in the upstairs small bedroom is a different mattress than the bed in the large downstairs bedroom - it's pretty springy and not as comfortable. Lastly it was a little strange how strict they were on amenities - the hand soap in the bathroom ran out on day 2, number of towels were sparse, coffee was only provided for the specific number of people for 1 day (4 ppl = 4 coffees despite a 6 day stay). Laundry was kept under lock and key unless you stayed 5+ days and no detergent was provided. He also requested that we fold all used towels before we left...

The apartment and the building are beautiful! It is located in the center, right next to Ortigia. There is free parking on the street.The apartment is newly renovated and it has everything you need for the stay. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Salvatore and his mother are very kind and helpful.
