Sterling facility good garden good Room was good Staff friendly

Cleanliness... very bad no matter any excuse Staff does not do its job Room 403 cottage bathroom was filthy , badly designed no lighting , no fan and very hot in bathroom no air conditioning Bath towels were good bad and ugly .. no minimum standards Only two power points used for tv and set top box and fir tea had to go to beside table to boil water brew coffeee Air conditioning seems to be too Small half ton only maybe - does not cool and needs to use fan at high speed to avoid feeling hot ... and it was conductor was tripping on and off thru the night... nose too much Food service at dinner and breakfast was too slow and unprofessional.. 40 minutes to serve dinner Breakfast as cold and stocks ran out on each dish Tea coffee served fir canister was poor and cold with No choice

Calm & quiet ambiance in a property spread over 4 + acre of mango Orchard. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms are clean & spacious. The front office in Divamshu has exceptional hospitality skills.

Food is overpriced at the restaurant which is pure vegetarian & even eggs are not offered in the menu.

The property was great.. Facilities were good.. Staff was also helpful. On our checkput we forgot 1 bag in d room. D manager got it on d main road upon requesting. So grateful for it

Overall good property with Reasonable rates with polution free area But staff shortage effect service. Suggest for increase number of staff as per property.
