The service was friendly, the breakfast was very good. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean.

Nous avons voulu changer de dates 4 jours avant juste un jour de décalage, ils n'ont pas voulu. Le jour du chek-in je leur ai dit que du coup je ne pouvais rester qu'une nuit au lieu de 2. Aucun geste commercial, j'ai dû payer 2 nuits.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and lovely details throughout. Watching the hot air balloons at sunrise was unforgettable. The staff was amazing — very attentive, kind, and always helpful. A special thanks to one of the girls at the front desk who helped us find a balloon flight after ours was canceled and also assisted us with renting a car. They truly made our experience in Cappadocia even more special. Thank you all!

Our room had a round bed, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable.

Room 301 had a rooftop terrace, an excellent place to relax or watch the balloons pass by! Halkan was very attentive, kind, and he worked very hard to make sure our stay was perfect. When we inquired about a light on the terrace, he immediately called an electrician and had one installed. This is over and above our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the service!

Location was great. Very walkable to Goreme city center. Room was clean & very spacious. They also prepared a birthday cake for my birthday which was so thoughtful for me. Breakfast was great. I love how Hakan greeted us when we walked in. He also served us with omelette with coffee & drink. Thank you so much.

Everything was perfect. Maybe you can design a bit at your rooftop in future?
