Hotel manager Jivan Bhai and Prem bhai are very friendly they are welcoming and helpful. whenever I come back to the hotel it feels like I come back to my home. Hotel prices are very cheap.If you want to stay in Nepal for a long time it is suitable for you.

Nothing!!!!! Please be responsible for stolen money. Booking.com.stole my trip end money from which I am inside the room at the moment of review having trouble to book a bus to return home. HUGE SHAME ON BOOKING.COM . Thiefs...theives

The staff probably have placed very clever trap. The trap is stealing money from guest directly. We locked our room but forgot to turn off the light. When we came back the room was unlocked the light was turned off . My purse was inside the room but more than 3000 npr was missing. Within a few hours they stole. ***BEWARE THEY ARE OFFERING SUCH CHEAP RATES BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF KEPT IN A LOCKED HOTEL ROOM*** ***!***!***They are denying there is no cctv only on the 3rd floor were money was stolen from both our rooms**!**!**! The same incident happed with another guest in room 306 on the same floor. His 2000 rupees was missing.

"Do not book this unprofessional hotel, they will reject you without prior notice"

Do not book this hotel if you arrive late at night. This hotel is not open till 24.00 against their published policy. I had pre informed them I will arrive late after/ around 23.00 due to unpredictable poor bus and road condition from besisahar, however the hotel was locked and closed when I wanted to check in around 23.30. They rejected me without any messages or prior notice. Nobody opened the door for me after the round of knocking. I was almost stranded outside around 7 C mid night. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, booking.com shall delisted them in order not to tarnish the good image of Nepal. The worst experience in my life!!!
