Room was clean, staff was friendly and polite.

No water heater installed on bathroom

I liked the staff the most they were there to receive me and checked me in before my check in time I came early in the morning still they didn't me keep waiting .

Toilets were a bit uncomfortable and dirty .

Staff were very nice and friendly. The owner came out in the morning about 6 am to receive me as I could not locate the hotel as they had taken off the signboard for the night. Kitchen staff extremely nice and cooperative

The water was yellowish in color. No basin in room, the bathroom had no commode only the hole in the ground. Noisy neighbors who overcrowded their room and kept their doors open all the time.

The staff is super friendly and caring, every day when I came back to the hotel I felt like coming back home, I loved chatting with Prim and his colleagues. It was possible to check in late in the night, the rooms are clean and it's located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by real Nepalese shops and restaurants with fair prices. Best option to escape from the noisy and stressful Thamel, you can walk to the city center in 30 mins.
