GBThe villa was very clean and had obviously got new sun beds when we arrived. We were able to get in earlier than planned which was great
Nothing really, apart from a few of the tiles in the pool needed replacing and the extractor fan upstairs was a bit noisy but it didn't stop us enjoying anything

The house is clearly well used. Furnishings etc. are worn and the house is clean but a little shabby inside. Outside there are dried plants i broken pots etc.
GBLounge, kitchen & balcony on upper floor were very nice indeed. Spacious and good quality. 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms on ground floor good. Pool was very good indeed. The speed at which a couple of issues were dealt with was impressive. Kitchen very well equipped.
Not much, to be honest. I suppose some of the outside beds, etc, were getting a bit worn. We were surprised there was no booklet with instructions about where to put the rubbish, recommendations about restaurants etc. BUT when messaged , answers were very quick.

Stayed before, plant pots still not been looked after and all plants dead. Sun loungers old and tired. Sun bed mattresses are old and stained. Prices for 2025 have risen 25%. We paid £883 for October 2024 and the same dates for 2025 are £1125 up £242 for 7 day stay
DEEigentlich hat uns gar nichts gefallen! Jedoch Colette war ansprechbar und hat sich um die Lärmbelästigung der Nachbarn gekümmert war sehr freundlich.
Das Haus ist extrem ungepflegt und dreckig! Die Aussenanlage ist total ungepflegt. Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück sind alle tot! Liegen sind total verschmutzt, alle Auflagen für die Liegen sind voll Schimmel und vermodert. Bestuhlung und Tisch im Aussenbereich sind extrem verdreckt! Das Erdgeschoß mit den Schlafzimmern und den Bädern ist eine einzige Zumutung. Überall ist Schimmel an den Wänden und es riecht extrem unangehm dadurch. Die Badmöbel sind aufgequollen und stinken, hinter den Betten ist schon jahrelang nicht gereinigt worden. In den Bädern ist Schimmel an den Duschwänden und an den Wandfliesen, das ist abartig. In den Schränken ist überall Schimmel und der Geruch ist schlimm. Küche und Wohnzimmer im 1.OG sind einigermaßen erträglich, obwohl auch hier nicht gereinigt wird. Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls von Schimmel befallen Das ganze Haus ist voller Dreck und ungemütlich und alles ist verwohnt und das Haus darf eigentlich in diesem Zustand nicht weiter vermietet werden. Fotos sind dabei, worauf die geschilderten Zustände einwandfrei zu erkennen sind. Putzfrau war angekündigt, ist aber nicht erschienen. Der angekündigte diskrete Mitarbeiter zur Poolreinigung ist ebenfalls nicht erschienen.

ESLa casa es muy cómoda, no falta un rincón apetecible para cada momento. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para unas vacaciones geniales. La playa y el pueblo a 10 minutos de paseo igual que los supermercados. Aparcamiento en la puerta o dentro de la casa si lo necesitas. Además Luz está muy bien situada para explorar el resto del Algarve. La comunicación con Collete fantástica, todo rápido y sencillo. Muy recomendable
