Easy to find the place and to go in; cleanliness; amenities; quick responses by the owner when I needed help; nice patio

Very poor sound insulation; during the night an intermittent sound from something (?) did disturb my sleep; the extra cost for the cleaning of 80$ should be included in the price

Super friendly and communicative host. The space was very large and modern, especially for the price. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer on the property also. Thanks so much for everything!

The property was clean and looked like the pictures. It was in a great location near local bars and restaurants. Easy to access.

The A/C unit was on the other side of the bedroom wall and was very load and clunked on and off all night. New windows in bedroom or quieter a/c compressor would solve. Couldn’t sleep due to the noisy and a/c and upstairs neighbour footsteps could be heard clearly throughout the stay and all hours of the night. Low shower pressure.

located just minutes away from anything you could think about doing ( eating / shopping )

Instructions to get into the unit included photos. The place was in perfect condition and very comfortable. I decided not to cook anything, but the kitchen was completely equipped. The unit is a short walking distance from the bars on Pacific Street in Montrose, and Westheimer is only a block or two away. I couldn't have asked for a better location.

The light switches were a little tricky to figure out, but I finally managed to make the lights brighter and then to get them to turn off.

The Property itself is nice. Good location, easy 1st Floor Access.

OMG..where do I even begin…from the second I Booked this property the issues began. I was immediately contacted by the manager demanding payment through PayPal only- which I was already charged in full through booking then the night before the oreservation I get emails from both booking and the manager that their property was overbooked, and they had to cancel my reservation, which I didn’t receive until two hours before I I was supposed to check in.and as I am in route driving from Dallas to Houston, then to be told nothings wrong I am his guest and all is confirmed… Then to arrive at 8 PM being told that my reservation is canceled and I should have a refund within 7 to 10 business days and at this point the manager or whoever this guy is completely nonresponsive so basically doesn’t even try to resolve my issue just doesn’t wanna deal with it at all great customer service! not to mention the fact that the original advertisement was for two bedroom apartments, but they only have one bedroom. The only reason I booked this property was because the two bedroom my best friend was coming in for Kurt for his birthday and now he had to cancel his trip and I had to refund his 50% and I’m still having to pay the full price for the property even though it’s half of what was advertised. The cold hot water is a luxury and never turns on unless you reset the breaker box in the water heater, which I had to find out how to do, all the while being watched on camera by the property manager. I covered one of the cameras and he immediately started sending me threatening text messages and within the hour was banging on my door. . I told him that was illegal to spy on his guests without their consent . I’ve honestly never had to deal with anyone involving booking a property that was so disrespectful and rude and unwilling to fix his mistakes. Actually, I’ve never dealt with anyone before. I normally can just check in and enjoy my vacation. However, this guy will not let you do that.
