location, breakfast was good, friendly personel

highly overpriced, internet not working in rooms or very slow in lobby, TV not useful (2-3 grainy channels), during the evening the hotel lobby is converted to a shisha smoking place, unfortunately this is the only option in El Jem and monopoly is not good...

The location is good and the staffs are friendly. it’s clean.

The shower nozzle can’t be fixed so the water comes out to everywhere in the bath room. The breakfast is too simple, no olives served for breakfast even El Jem is the city of Olives.

Awful WiFi in rooms. Just as well we had a SIM card with plenty data. Awful restaurant evening meal, breakfast just passable. No three bed rooms in hotel, meaning two rooms for three people (the rooms are easily large enough to allow for this option). This place could do with some serious competition as it arrears they are content to charge high prices in the knowledge that there’s nowhere else in the town itself.

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent staff who were eager to please. Good location with immediate access to many services and attractions.

Central location in the city and hotel parking for my car

Wifi connexion is very poor and breakfast quality is basic

Excellent central location. We had adjoining rooms which worked well with a family. We could see the coliseum from our rooms.
