Sequoia Glen

The property is very well located, within a really short distance from the Kings Canyon Park visitor center. The kitchen was well fitted, and the living area was also well done, including a Smart TV.

We had a rude shock when we entered the house to discover that the property had only 1 bedroom, whereas it was advertised as having 2. The area on top of the stairwell had been equipped with bunk beds, which the host was calling as a second bedroom. We felt that this should have been explicitly called out in the property description.

We didn't meet the owners of the place, but the place is wonderful, the natural atmosphere is perfect, the furnishings of the house are perfect.There is thinking about every single detail

Beautiful position, located in a historical village in the National Park. Only trees around. Well refurbished cottage. Comfortable and silent, a few minutes from General Grant sequoia

Some basis food like vegetable cans and milk, in the case someone arrives late when park store is closed already

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed and pleasantly surprised by the house. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for providing such a fantastic place for our family vacation. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Sequoia Glen!

Location of the cabin, cleanliness, comfortable bed, comfortable sitting area upstairs, TV options, well-stocked kitchen.

When we arrived, it was as cold as an icebox, and it took several hours after turning on all the available heaters before we were comfortable. Given the price charged for the rental, this seems inexcusable. Also, even though we maximally left the overhead heater on at night, we turned off the space heater on the first floor for safety reasons. As a result, using the bathroom during the middle of the night or upon rising first thing in the morning, it was uncomfortably cool on the first floor. It seems like the rental price should be adjusted during colder times of the year to take into account this property limitation, and renters should be advised about this issue beforehand. Also, a hair dryer in the bathroom would have been nice.
