Tropical stay Thulusdhoo

We went to Tropical stay as a couple to enjoy our honeymoon, and it was really an enjoyable experience. Habib, our host, greeted us from the moment we arrived with friendliness. He always made sure we were comfortable during our stay and shared with us what to visit and valuable tips. Moreover, he cooked us a delicious enjoyable dinner one night. From beginning to end, we really recommend this place highly enough and would like to stay here again whenever we are back!

Property is well-maintained, very accessible to the beach and lots of little cafes at proximity. Our host Habib was amazing and made sure this stay was special and memorable to us! He was very kind and always helpful. And most importantly we felt safe and well taken care of. ☺️

Everything. The place is perfect. The rooms are exactly what you need and great for the price! Extremely comfy beds!!! Which is the most important. Safes in the room, not that you need them, the island is so safe and the guesthouse is secure. Cute little outdoor area to chill in. Kitchen to cook in and make breakie, coffee etc. hot water and new bathrooms. AC which is much needed :). Muiss and his staff are just amazing! They helped us with everything and were always there when we needed! Highly recommend and will for sure come back and stay

Tropical Stay is a fantastic place to call home on Thulusdhoo. I stayed for over two weeks, and it was a wonderful experience. I missed the first speed boat from Male airport to Thulusdhoo, and Muiss (the owner) drove to the airport from Male to help get me on an expedited speed boat to the island. This was beyond my expectations. While we waited, he even treated me to a coffee and suggested activities to do for my stay. My room was perfect upon arrival. It was spacious, very clean, and the AC worked extremely well. The WIFI was the best I experienced so far on my travels. Habib is the facilities operator and is an incredible host. He took me to see shark and stingrays at night on the peer, cooked amazing fish dinners, and helped me go to the clinic for dizziness from ear an infection. He can also set up tours, transportation, or find items you may be looking for on the island. His hospitality was simply amazing! Tropical Stay has a great kitchen, covered lounge area, and is right down the street from a great restaurant.

Very supportive, friendly staff. Muizz was always there, kind and helpful. The bed was super-comfortable, and hot water was always available. There were snorkeling masks to use for free, bicyckle could be borrowed, tea and coffee , bottlef water unlimited. Forever greatful for all the assistance organising programs, and not letting me get lost even in Male!

It was unusual not to have a wondow in the room, but it makes sense as they try to keep the place cool. The room was spaceous, but it would have been nice to have a small table and a chair.

This place is amazing!!! The room is very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning is working perfectly. You have a private bathroom, which is also very clean and not too hot. There is an unlimited free instant coffee available in the yard. There is separate room with big american style like refrigerator, which is available to everyone. Two becicles were available for free during my stay. There is great restaurant with very good and cheap food available in the naiboring house. They can also prepare you some food for a takeaway. Each day I ordered a tasty tuna sandwiches for the breakfast next morning. Habib is taking care of the place and he is AMAIZING. He was waiting for me at the ferry terminal and helped me to take my big heavy laguage to my room. He is honest, hardworking and very helpful. If you need something, Habib can arrange for you. He even exchanged my dollars to the Maldivian ruphias and at a very good exchange rate. One evening he prepeared a fish BBQ for us. For free!!? He cought the fishes by himself. We all had such a great time that night. The owner of the place is also very nice and helpful. I met him durring my last night there. Can you wish for something more? I don't think so.

Nothing. I LOVE this island. So many things to see and so many things to do. You can see eagle rays, reef sharks, turtles and huge stingrays there. The corals with it's wild life near the bikini beach are amazing. I saw saw 5 reef sharks, circuiting me during my snorkeling there. Eagle rays, turtles and huge stingrays can be easely spotted under and around the long bridge on NE part of the island. There are many areas to explore and locals are extremely friendly. I must stop, because I could write a book about this island ;)
