Chýbala nám klimatizácia v tých horúčavách vzhľadom nato že je to pri električkovej trati a blízko je aj vlaková koľaj tak pri vetraní bol hluk.

Lokalita

Čistota dnu, balkón bol celý obsraty holubami. V konvici bolo niečo prepálené na spodku čiže sme sa ju báli použiť.

The service was unprofessional, despite its attempts to present itself as flawless. The days leading up to my arrival were a complete failure. (the booking was done 2 days prior to arrival). My questions and information wasn't getting through, and the provider wasn't sending any promised informations neither updates either. The only positive aspect was that there was always a live person available at the call center when I called, although they repeatedly informed me that they were overwhelmed handling too many properties—details that are of concern to the client. The shift changes failed to relay information properly, and I was given irrelevant explanations for the poor service. I contacted the call center several times, but there was no information on how to access the apartment until the very last minute—one hour later than the advertised check-in time. I was still calling to ask where to pick up the key. The washing machine was still running when I arrived, and the apartment appeared to have been refurbished just the day before. The service aims to be fully automated: check-in is done online, and they ask for a selfie to verify the ID you provide. However, you are still required to manually complete the check-in process and submit a scan of your ID. At the check in one also pays again - a deposit, even though the reservation has already been payed. The apartment itself was overcrowded with furniture for its size, making it feel cramped and small. Additionally, the kitchen layout was impractical. The apartment is located on a busy road, and around 4:30 AM, the traffic noise woke me up because the windows were too thin to block the sound. To be fair, the staff member of the call center agreed to a one-hour later check-out without charging the additional 13 euros per hour they usually ask for (the company tries to charge customers in any possible way).

The overall experience was not worth the money or the time spent re-asking for check-in and check-out details.

Easy to follow instructions, good location, clean.

Loud in the morning due to high traffic, no soap in the bathroom, many messages from the host.
