Room and whole area of motorest

There was info that check in is 14-22:00. We arrived at 21:17. Lady who came just behind us was very rude. She shouted to me that they are open until 21:00. That was the worst part about the situation and accommodation. she needs to be more kind to customers or she should quit with this job.
