The apartment is in a very good location with both transportation, sights and restaurants near. Everything is very clean and the landlord was very attentive, reaching out multiple times to seek our requests.

La ubicación es muy buena. La cocina y el salón cuentan con muebles rústicos en buen estado. El aire acondicionado ha sido indispensable durante nuestra estancia.

No dispone de microondas. Es cierto que el anuncio no lo indica, pero doy por hecho que todos los apartamentos lo tienen y por eso nunca lo consulto. El acceso es desde un patio interior, con mucha humedad y sombrío. Muchos mosquitos. El apartamento en general es oscuro, poca luz y sensación de humedad. La limpieza regular, había telarañas en algunos rincones.

La organización de la vivienda, la distribución de las instalaciones, la dimensión del baño y la escalera de acceso al piso superior. La carencia de sofás cómodos la hace poco confortable.
