Logement spacieux, confortable et lumineux. Très propre et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal : proche du port, à 10mn du vieux centre et à 20mn de la gare à pied. Parking payant (Euro Park 15€/j) et super marché à proximité. La ville de La Spezia est agréable et très propre.

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einer günstigen Lage."

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Bäckerei und Bushaltestellen. Der Bahnhof ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Parksituation ist angespannt. Wir hatten Glück und konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Parken kostet 0,75€ pro Stunde von 8:30 bis 20:00 Uhr, außer an Sonn- und Feiertagen.

Die Küche verfügt zwar über alle erforderlichen Küchengeräte. Es fehlt jedoch eine gute Pfanne und ein Gemüsemesser.

Struttura centralissima e pulitissima. Siamo stati solo una notte io ed un collega e siamo contenti della scelta. Camere spaziose e pulite. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante! Doccia idromassaggio e bagno confortevole. Se torniamo a La Spezia sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questa struttura! Il proprietario ci ha dato diverse informazioni utili sui ristoranti del centro e, soprattutto, su dove andare a bere un buon caffé! Consigliatissima!

"Cozy and clean apartment"

Very big and clean apartment in the heart of Spezia. You can admire the sea from the beautiful balcony. Owners were very kind and hospitable. There is a supermarket just few minutes from the apartment.

Le 2 camere da letto spaziose ed entrambe hanno la tv, appartamento molto grande, cucina ben fornita (molti piatti, pentole eccetera)bagno spazioso

La coperta in una delle camere troppo leggera visto che pioveva e il riscaldamento non era ancora acceso
