Άνετο, πολύ καθαρό με 2 άνετα μπάνια. Πλυντήριο ρούχων με απορυπαντικο και άφθονο τσάι και καφέ σε καψουλες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.

Όχι τόσο ανεπτυγμένη γειτονιά αλλά ασφαλής και με εύκολο πάρκινγκ χωρίς χρέωση. Μύριζε λίγο άσχημα σαν υγρασία.
