Hillstone Luxury Village

During our 6-day stay in Bali, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at the villa, made even more memorable by the exceptional staff. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Jef and Antho,who went above and beyond in helping us recover our lost pocket WiFi. Their honesty, prompt action, and dedication truly gave us peace of mind. It’s not every day you encounter such trustworthy and proactive individuals, and we are incredibly thankful for their effort. A special mention goes to Welli, the Resort Manager,whose leadership and professionalism were evident throughout our stay. Welli ensured that everything ran smoothly and was always attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that the excellent service we experienced starts from great management. We also want to sincerely thank the housekeeping team—Saka, Gree, and Adrian for maintaining the villa impeccably. Coming back to a spotless and beautifully arranged space every day was truly a highlight. Overall, the kindness, dedication, and hospitality shown by the entire team made our stay unforgettable. We highly commend all of them for their outstanding service and would gladly return in the future.

This property is a death trap! There are a ton of narrow, slippery stairs with NO hand rails! There is no toilet in the main floor! This is Not the place for children or seniors! It is far from be a “luxury” villa
