The beds

staff not very friendly and a little self-effacing, not speaking English very well. They gave us our towels and toilet paper in our hands at checkin, which is not classy. Bathrooms were dirty with air and pee signs on the toilets. The Villa showed signs of neglect and there was not cleaning and fresh towels during the staff. There was a water leak in the living room and the dishes were not very clean. Also the most irritating thing was that we were asked to pay by cash only although we secured the reservation with card on booking, and we had to pay for two nights so imagine if you stay a whole week…

The villa is beautiful and spacious. The facilities where good and there is enough parking space for the motorbike. The pool was clean and enough towels where provided. We liked that it was a bit from the busy areas that you have your own hide away from the madness.

The shower didn’t work properly and the drain was blocked.

Very quiet location.

Recommend having own transport, Taxi services good , but not always available immediately.

The design is great, all facilities were comfy, the place is quite spacious, and it's super quiet. Really cool to go with friends and not too far from the main beaches of Uluwatu.

The villa is fantastic, featuring a cozy couch, a big TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a refreshing swimming pool, and two spacious bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms that include both a shower and a bathtub. All rooms come with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even on the hottest days. The beds are extremely comfortable, offering great support for a restful night's sleep. Spacious, well-designed rooms provide ample storage with closets for hanging clothes and room to organize belongings. A convenient fresh water dispenser provides both warm and cold water. Complimentary tea and coffee add a nice touch. Checkout at 12:00 is nice. Plenty of electrical outlets are available throughout the villa, accommodating multiple devices. The WiFi is reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected.

The villa could use more thorough cleaning; there are visible signs of neglect. The curtains don’t block the sunlight effectively, so if you're sensitive to light in the early morning, consider bringing a sleep mask. A 25% early check-in fee is charged, and dropping off luggage without full check-in is not allowed, which was inconvenient. Communication about early check-in was confusing and inconsistent; we only received confirmation 15 minutes after arrival while waiting in the rain (the staff member who helped us did not speak English). Some maintenance issues need attention: stained curtains, slightly dirty towels, and peeling black powder coating in the shower. Warm water in the shower wasn’t always available, especially when both showers were used simultaneously. Managing multiple keys (for the gate, each bedroom, the main door, and the shower) is cumbersome. Thin walls and doors with small gaps make the rain sound quite loud, which might disturb light sleepers.

The villa is absolutely beautiful it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner was the absolute sweetest and couldn’t have been more attentive. BEST STAY IVE HAD IN BALI!
